Documentation
1. Verify available dates and times at the Parish Notary, or at the telephone numbers 415 152 0544 and 415 152 4197. 2. Start the MARRIAGE PRESENTATION process, 5 months before the wedding with the following documents: • Simple copy of the baptism certificate with recent date (not older than 5 months). • Proof of Confirmation of the contracting parties. • Birth certificate, INE and civil marriage. • Two child-size photographs (in the event that a spouse belongs to another Parish, three photographs will be required). • Copy of the INE voting card of the 4 witnesses (parents or relatives). • The assistance of the parents of the contracting parties or, where appropriate, the presence of siblings, uncles, grandparents or cousins with official identification is required. 3. Schedule an appointment at the Parish Notary with the above requirements.

The sacrament of Matrimony signifies the union of Christ with the Church. Give spouses the grace to love each other with the love with which Christ loved his Church; the grace of the sacrament thus perfects the human love of the spouses, reaffirms their indissoluble unity and sanctifies them on the path to eternal life (cf. Council of Trent: DS 1799).
